Moondle

Privacy Policy

Last updated 19 October 2026

The short version

Moondle is a free daily game. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms, no email lists, no payments, no adverts and no user uploads. We don't ask for your name, email address or age, and we don't sell or share personal data.

What stays on your device

To remember your guesses, streaks, statistics and your light/dark choice, Moondle uses your browser's local storage. This stays on your device — it is never sent to us — and you can clear it any time in your browser settings. Moondle does not set tracking cookies.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they use. It is cookieless and privacy-focused: it records page views, referrer, approximate country, and device/browser type. It does not record keystrokes, screens or sessions, does not build individual profiles, and does not follow you across other websites.

Hosting

Moondle is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel handles your IP address and basic request details in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. Logos and market data shown in the games are fetched by our own server, not by your browser, so your IP address is not passed on to those data providers.

Children

Moondle is a general-audience game and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please tell us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Because we don't keep personal profiles about you, there is normally nothing to access, correct or delete. See also our Terms & Disclaimers.

Changes

If we ever add accounts, email, payments or new analytics, we will update this page before it goes live.
